Typical Crops

How much of each crop we have in any year depends on weather and other conditions, but this gives you an idea of what to expect in your CSA share.  Many times of year, we also have eggs, which are also certified organic.

We are also at the Winter Farmer’s Market in Columbia with some jarred foods, greens and other crops from our hoop houses.
